no fuss bread baking

my fear of proofing yeast, kneading and baking a crusty bread is over thanks to "artisan bread five minutes a day". the boys gave me this book for my birthday and i've made pizza dough, ciabatta bread, pita bread and naan bread with the master boule recipe!
